The Find-Me Follow-Me Service offers choices for how you handle your business phone lines. You can switch from “live message taking” to “find me follow me” service when it makes more sense for your company or personal phone line.
You can choose to only accept calls from certain individuals or companies which creates valuable flexibility for your growing business.
Beyond answering the call and understanding the pre-decided factors such as who gets forwarded to you or who doesn’t; we will allow your incoming calls to be pre-screened and let through to you only if deemed acceptable to your predetermined terms.
All callers are not created equal. If you do not want calls cause you are in a meeting our staff of receptionists will forward calls to someone else or a voicemail box. If there is someone that you need to be found and present with the call that is when our “Find Me Follow Me” service kicks into action.
We will try our best to keep the caller on the phone and find you to hopefully take the call. It is a great way to choose who you will spend time speaking to and who you will forward elsewhere.
Definition of service: The live receptionist receives a call, and there are live efforts to reach you to forward a call. A successful person could answer all calls, but having the luxury to pick with whom you speak may be the difference between success and failure.
