  1. Identity: a business address with mail handling service.
  2. Starter: all Identity items plus an auto phone answering call-attendant phone answering service.
  3. Pro: all Identity and Starter items, plus live phone answering with message-taking.
  4. Pro Plus: all Identity, Starter, Pro items plus live answering with call screening and transferring.
