Premium Live Answering
First, 100 calls personally answered in the clients company name; second, then screened and forwarded per instruction. Clients decide whether to accept the call or have us take a message or send to voicemail to handle at another time. Live answering hours are Monday ? Friday, 9:00 am ? 5:00pm local time (Check out our Office Schedule for holidays observed). Unlimited Long Distance in U.S. Continental provided with service. Lastly, clients are charged $1/call when they go over the allotted package; however, the Client can either purchase an extra bundle of calls at a reduced rate or upgrade to a call bundle that fits their needs in the future.
